Refund policy

A listing fee is refunded in full, on request within 14 days, if the listing could not be published because it does not meet the publication rules, or if the same fee was paid twice for one listing (we refund the duplicate without being asked). Once the paid profile is live the one-time fee is not refundable. A sponsored placement is refunded pro rata for any days it did not run through our fault. A placement that ran for its full period is not refundable, whatever number of views or clicks it received: we sell the labelled position, not a result. Article work agreed by email is refundable in full before work starts and pro rata for undelivered articles after. Refunds go back to the card through Stripe within ten business days.
